A tech-savvy judge is opening the doors of his courtroom to the masses. Medina County Common Pleas Judge James Kimbler has embraced the Internet as a way of doing business — conducting online pretrial hearings whenever possible and posting videos of sentencings in his courtroom on his court’s Web site, www.medinacommonpleas.com.
