New sewer spill Web site gets busy fast (The Burlington Free Press)
Monday’s gully-washing rainstorm caused sewage treatment systems in Middlebury and Vergennes to overflow into Otter Creek. How do we know? Monday, the state began listing sewage spills on an Agency of Natural Resources Web site.
